Loco Refund & Return Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items? Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll fix it. Claims deemed an error on our part can get a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
  • Wrong Address? If the address you provided was incorrect, the shipment will come back to us. You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping it once we have the correct address. 
  • No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: All sales final. So, we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please double-check your order before you hit that purchase button!
  • Unrefundable items: Opened or defective items due to customer wear and tear are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

EU: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Payment
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We cannot refund the payment to a different Debit/Credit or Bank / PayPal Account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at officiallocoapparel@gmail.com.
